Textile Auxiliaries

5 March 2022

Textile Auxiliary is defined as the chemicals of the formulated chemical products that are required to perform the process more effectively or to achieve a certain effect in the Pre-Treatment, Dyeing, and Finishing processes. Certain Textile Auxiliaries are also required to produce special Finishing effects such as Wash and wear, Water repellency, Flame retardant, Flavor finishing, Anti-odor, Color deepening.

The aim of Textile Auxiliaries are to facilitate and/or increase the efficiency of a textile process. Sizing materials, Lubricants, Wetting Agents, Emulsifiers, Substances that speed up or slow down the dyeing speed, Thickeners, Binders, etc. they function as The compounds used encompass many different classes of chemicals, some of which are affected by enzymes and thus can be considered substrates, while others remain unaffected. Due to environmental and economic concerns, Textile Auxiliaries are used as little as possible.

The chemical industry produces a number of chemicals and products that facilitate the processing, production and durability of natural and synthetic fibers, wrinkling and improvement of textiles. These include Impregnating agents, Paints, Coatings, Finishing agents and Detergents as well as all kinds of chemical textiles. Generally, it is a differentiated inorganic and organic Textile Auxiliary Chemical.
